· In-depthKnowledge and Experience in the US Health Care Payer System.
· 5-10 years of experience in Data capture, Claimsadjudication.
· Candidate should have Team handling, Quality and Clienthandling.
· Good Communication skill both written and oral.
· Experiencein MIS reporting for providing periodic reports to all relevantstakeholders.
· Musthave experience on SLA reporting and tracking.
· Maintainingand Ownership of reports both internal as well as for the clients.
· Presentingthe data and provide deep insights about the process to the Clients as well asInternal Management.
· Adheringto various regulatory and compliance practices.
· Managingand coordinating training programs.
· Ability to coach and providing feedback to theteam.
Qualification &Experience
